Bosch is a leading manufacturer of automobile spare parts and the German company is famous all over the world and their presence in Germany is huge. The company started its operations during the World War supplying arms and equipment to the Germany and from then it has developed in to a large enterprise and each household in Germany will be using any of the Bosch products. I purchased a new car and fitted the sound system, LCD and horns at the Bosch retail outlet and fitted them at the Bosch service centre.

In just a few days, I was experiencing problems with the battery and though that the problem was with the battery. I used to start my car with the help of a mechanic who will bring another engine battery and then the battery used to get charged and I got frustrated as a result of this as the car was brand new and every time I needed a mechanic to start and had to pay him. Then I decided to replace the battery during the warranty period and the battery came back to me stating that there was no problem with the battery and I had to spend a lot of money on this also.

I then sat patiently in the car and though what might be the problem and there was a digital clock running in the LCD above even after taking the key out from the car and I took my car to the bosch service centre and asked the service representative to cut the power connection to the digital clock. On a detailed inspection at the Bosch service centre, the mechanic found that the charge was discharging continuously from the car even after switching the car off and found that the LCD is always on and the power was going to it. Then the personnel in the Bosch service centre gave the connections correctly and solved my battery problem in the car. I then only understood that the problem was due to the improper connections given by the personnel at the bosch service centre during the first time of fitting horn, LCD and audio players in my car and was totally disgusted with the bosch service centre and the service offered there. They never charged me any fee and the service manager gave me a coupon to service the car freely in the centre for the next one year.
